All courses allow 12 months from the date of enrolment to submit assignments.
Certificates of recognition will be issued once all assignments have been successfully completed.
If an assignment is not passed on the first submission, students may resubmit unlimited times until a satisfactory result is achieved. Your tutor will support you until your work meets the required standard.
Certificates will be provided in PDF for you to print or digitally display on your social media pages.
No refunds or cancellations will be granted due to a change of mind.
You may cancel your course at any time; however, you will still be obligated to pay any outstanding course fees, including remaining instalments in your payment plan.
We guarantee that our programs are of the highest quality, meet the standards described in our course outlines, and include the promised training.
If you believe any aspect of your course does not meet the claims made or the published curriculum, please contact our Course Director within 30 days of purchase at [email protected]
We will review your concerns, update any necessary resources, and provide any revised templates or materials.
The Wedding Planner Institute provides education and training to help prepare students for roles in the wedding and events industry. However, completion of a course does not guarantee employment, job placement, or income. Outcomes will vary depending on individual effort, market conditions, and experience.
Our payment plans are designed to help students spread the cost of their course over time.
You may choose from fortnightly or monthly instalments, charged to your credit card, debit card, or bank account.
Please note: payment plans are $90 more than the upfront price. This covers administrative and merchant processing costs.
If you are on a payment plan and experiencing financial hardship, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible.
In some cases, we may offer to reduce your instalments or grant a one-month payment holiday to help you get back on track.
All payment holidays must be approved in advance.
Courses are valid for 12 months.
If you need more time, you may purchase a 12-month extension for $149.
Extensions must be requested and paid before your original access expires.
To the extent permitted by law, The Wedding Planner Institute is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in our courses. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of income, employment opportunities, or business reputation.
